Vivian came to Achungo 8 years ago. She had not been at a school prior. Her older sister (age 27) told her about Achungo. She was 5 when both parents died in a car accident. She likes living at school and likes the dorm. She especially likes the teachers – “they are caring, how they treat you.”
Vivian wants to be a journalist when she grows up. After Achungo she wants to go to Asumbi Girls High School (the best performing school in the county). On the weekends she sees her sister and they go to church together.
