Billy is 15 and has been at Achungo for 11 years, ever since preschool. He likes the learning and the teachers and particularly enjoys Science and learning about the human body. During breaks he enjoys playing football (soccer) with friends. He hopes to become an engineer in America.
Billy lives nearby the school with his caregiver Nadia. He never knew his parents (we think they died of AIDS) and his grandmother recently died. Billy had bouts of illness this past year but has been able to graduate. You are a survivor, Billy, keep it up!
